The main aim of our Quality Control Policy is to ensure that the clients' requirements are determined and fulfilled so that we can meet their needs and expectations.

By monitoring and checking said processes and their corresponding procedures, we can ensure that the requirements established by clients as well as those that they do not set forth but that are necessary for the specified or intended use, as well as legal or regulatory requirements, are met.

Laurendor is certified according to the LAURENDOR S.L. Quality Management System requirements pursuant to the terms of UNE-EN ISO Standard 9001:2008 and UNE-EN ISO Standard 22716, in order to:

  • Obtain and ensure the quality of the products manufactured.

  • Demonstrate to and ensure clients; inspection, accreditation and certification entities; as well as competent official bodies, of the fulfilment of the requirements, harmonised standards and community legislation in the products designed and manufactured.

  • Achieve the utmost satisfaction of our clients through the effective application of the Quality Control System, including ongoing improvement processes and the prevention of non-conformities.

The field of application encompasses all of the activities performed by LAURENDOR, S.L. that are related to the design, production and sale of cosmetic products.

The cosmetic products manufactured are classified into the following categories:

  • Cosmetic Products

  • Personal Hygiene Products (additional provision 2)

  • Beauty Products (additional provision 2)

  • Regulation 1223/2009 on cosmetic products.

  • Royal Decree 1599/1997 which details the regulation on cosmetic products.

  • UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems Requirements.

  • UNE-EN-ISO 22716:2007 Cosmetic Products. Good manufacturing practises.

  • UNE-EN-ISO 9000:2005 "Quality Management Systems. Fundamentals and Vocabulary".

  • UNE-EN-ISO 9004:2009 “Guidelines for performance improvements”.

  • UNE 66915: 2001. "Quality management. Guidelines for training."
